property information and comply with the City's compliance requirements.

FAQ Affordable Rent Housing Asset Management

Borrowers

No need to create account online (Account is set-up and property already added in profile)
View Information of property, or properties, owned.
Add / update contacts associated with the property such as property or compliance managers.
Invite property contacts to register on the portal for compliance activities.
Submit rent roll information, or make sure delegated property contacts submit rent rolls, to meet compliance.
